I am the senior pastor of First Christian Church of Mesa. We had an incredible experience working with National First Response. They were our roofing contractor for an insurance claim, and their team went above and beyond in every way. They tirelessly advocated for us with the insurance company, performed excellent work, and were always responsive to our questions and needs. But that’s not all! Towards the end of our roof claim, we had a car crash into the front of our building, causing extensive damage. National First Response had a crew on-site within a couple of hours, quickly clearing debris and guiding us through the entire process. This was an extensive project involving multiple trades, all of which were professionally coordinated and managed. Contacted National First Response after the latest storm due to our roof shingles being blown off, and they did a great job! My roof was done within a week and a half, plus they were able to work with the Insurance to get the whole thing replaced. Satisfied customer here!
